Implement monthly, periodic (e.g., May Day, National Day, Chinese New Year), and annual electrical maintenance plans to ensure long-term stable and controlled equipment operation. 4. Conduct preventive maintenance and implement improvements to enhance equipment productivity, performance, and stability, minimizing the impact of equipment issues on product quality. 5. Oversee the installation and debugging of new equipment, ensure compliance with acceptance standards, improve installation quality, and guarantee post-deployment alignment with production and technical requirements to reduce costs and enable preventive maintenance. 6. Familiarize with electrical documentation (e.g., schematics, manuals, software) for equipment. Collect and organize electrical documentation for new equipment, ensure accessibility for maintenance, and maintain electrical drawings for all devices in designated locations to reduce time spent searching during repairs. 7. Manage tools and measurement instruments independently, ensuring they remain intact, functional, and reliable for maintenance tasks. |
